Most of our projects involve some type of user research. Sometimes we participate in our client’s discovery research (e.g. ethnographic studies), sometimes we help our clients conduct a usability study for our prototypes, and sometimes we drive all of the research.
The goal is always to understand 1) users current behavior and attitudes about the product space and 2) how users react to our proposed solutions.
